The successful candidate must be a hyper-organized team player with exceptional emotional intelligence, discretion, and loyalty, capable of helping keep the household neat, tidy, and organized while serving as both family and personal assistant. Duties include managing errands, house organization, research projects, travel booking and arrangements, occasional childcare (rare), event planning assistance, calendar and appointment management, and vendor coordination. This flexible 40-hour per week position (overtime laws applicable after 40 hours) requires a college-educated, non-smoking professional who can pass a comprehensive background check, provide strong references, and sign an NDA. Candidates must live within a 45-minute drive, possess a valid passport for occasional travel, be comfortable around children, and work collaboratively with the existing nanny, housekeeper and groundskeeper/handyman.
